Our goal for this project was to create a video that captures the spirit of the RAKORCAB event, highlighting the engagement and dedication of the members of Gerindra Kota Malang to their mission of serving the people of Malang. We also wanted to showcase our team’s videography and editing skills in capturing and presenting a dynamic and engaging event.
Our approach to this project was to use a combination of shots to capture the energy of the event, including close-ups of speakers, audience reactions, and wide shots of the overall event space. We also utilized editing techniques such as jump cuts and music to convey the fast-paced and energetic atmosphere of the event.
One of the biggest challenges we faced with this project was capturing the essence of the event while maintaining a neutral and unbiased approach. As a documentation team, we strived to present an accurate representation of the event without taking sides or displaying any political leanings.
How I Turned a Creative Vision into a Stunning Film
Brainstorming and ideation to come up with the initial concept for the film, including storyboarding and creating style frames.
Writing the script, including dialogue and action, as well as making revisions and getting feedback.
Planning and preparation, including casting actors, scouting locations, and creating a shooting schedule.
Filming the project, including setting up shots, directing actors, and capturing footage.
Editing the footage, including adding music and sound effects, color grading, and finalizing the edit.
Exporting the final film and delivering it to the client or publishing it on a platform.
Exploring different angles and perspectives to come up with a unique and engaging concept.
