My goals for this project are to create a visually striking and emotionally engaging short film that would raise awareness about burnout in the workplace and establish my agency’s reputation for producing high-quality video content, even in challenging circumstances.
My approach was to create a visually stunning and emotionally impactful short film by prioritizing key elements such as effective transitions, sound design, color grading, and stylish framing, despite the tight schedule and limited budget.
One of the biggest challenges we faced with this project was creating a relatable and engaging story that could resonate with viewers who have experienced burnout or work-related stress. We wanted to strike a balance between addressing a serious issue and keeping the tone light and entertaining.
How I Turned a Creative Vision into a Stunning Film
Brainstorming and ideation to come up with the initial concept for the film, including storyboarding and creating style frames.
Writing the script, including dialogue and action, as well as making revisions and getting feedback.
Planning and preparation, including casting actors, scouting locations, and creating a shooting schedule.
Filming the project, including setting up shots, directing actors, and capturing footage.
Editing the footage, including adding music and sound effects, color grading, and finalizing the edit.
Exporting the final film and delivering it to the client or publishing it on a platform.
Exploring different angles and perspectives to come up with a unique and engaging concept.
